struggle

the struggle went on for generations. even when old grandmother dragon, mean, mad, blackhearted, assumed origin of all misery and bad fortune, eventually became most oldest, silly and halfway forgotten, her children, grandchildren and great grand children untiring continued to hold up ancient meaningless fights over illusionary hurt feelings and blindsighted awkwardness. passed over from father to son, on and on struggle went fiery and unforgiving. it was not before battle after battle was presumed won, but in truth lost, that finally a glimpse of real chance for freedom took shape in form of rebellion and seemingly heartless and unyielding realization of the rotten legacy and the will to perform coup de grace on that self adhered slavery of mind and heart by the youngest in her cursed line.
