Horror is about the bottomless pit,
we call the abyss, the rift,
the nonbeing place, the blind spot,
the dark, the shadow in ones eyes.
It is about us and the other,
about the borderline and hell.
It is the unknown and the all too known,
it is about death, the frontier and eternity.
It is about space and the void,
it is about angst and fear.
It is about alienation and loss and a dark wisdom,
it is about gods and men and the wild.
It is about life and being alive.
